Shipping

UPS will be utilized to ship your order. They have been shipping my art for years and have done a fabulous job. Costs are based on your order’s weight and zip code. The amounts will be calculated for you upon checkout and before completing the order. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will require additional shipping charges due to the much higher costs of delivery to these locations. These costs will be e-mailed with the amount of your shipping charge after completing the order.

Dispatch

We target to deliver your order as soon as possible. Generally, originals will take 5-10 days after receiving the payments and the Giclee process takes approximately 14 days as they are made to order.

Insurance

There is no additional charge for the insurance. All shipments are insured. Please make sure that you check your items before you sign for it.

Return Policy

Sometimes it is difficult to judge art work from an image on a screen. Meg Harper provides a fair return policy. We want our customers to buy our products with confidence. We accept return art work in original condition for a full refund.

Full refund will be given if the art work is returned within 3-4 business days of receipt date. We process refund or exchange within 3-4 business days of receiving art. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping and insurance expenses. The return will only be issued subject to receipt of the artwork in original state.
