Cathedral | Ponderosa Pine Painting on Reclaimed Metal

This is the light that comes down through ponderosas around three in the afternoon, when the creek is doing all the talking and you've stopped needing to. It's painted from our own land in Colorado, from a stretch of water I've stood in more times than I can count. The last piece from a run of reclaimed metal shelving, the punched edges left showing on purpose, because heaven turning up in a hardware aisle is exactly the point.
